SC Alcohol Education ProgramA program for first time offenders who commit certain alcohol related crimes. The purpose is to discourage underage drinking and to educate eligible participants as to the potential personal, social and legal risks of alcohol use. In order to be considered for acceptance into the AEP Program an individual must meet the following criteria:
- The offender is between the ages of 17 and 20
- The offender has no significant criminal history
- The offender has been charged with:
- Possesion of beer or wine by a person under the age of twenty one
- Possesion of alcoholic liquor under the age of twenty one
- Open Container
- Disorderly conduct
- Falsification of age to purchase beer or wine
- Unlawful purchase of beer or wine for a person who cannot legally buy
- Transfer of beer or wine for underage person's consumption
- Possession of altered driver's license or other false documentation
- Any other offense similar in nature and severity to the above described offenses, as determined by the Circuit Solictor.

This course is great for drivers who have received a traffic infraction or are looking for insurance discounts, and can benefit from attending a day of traffic school. This course reinforces good driving skills, is an ideal refresher course and results in ticket dismissal upon completion and after meeting all other court requirements for T.E.P.

SC Traffic Education ProgramAt some point in their lives, most drivers recive a minor traffic citation. TEP gives good drivers with no points against their license a chance to give back to the community, become a better driver and avoid increased insurance premiums by keeping their driving record clean. Participants are only able to attend the TEP course one time. The participant cannot have any outstanding points against their driving record. Only tickets carrying a 4 point or less violation are eligible. Prior PTI and AEP clients are eligible.
SC Pre Trial InterventionPTI is a Diversionary Program designed for first-time offenders of non-violent crimes. This system allows the defendant to be diverted from court and enter into a program consisting of counseling and guidance, community service work, and restitution. Successful completion of the program requirements will allow the defendant's arrest record to be expunged (destroyed). The goal of this program is to give first-time offenders a second chance. Offenders may participate in this program only one time.
Boater Safety Course This course is designed to meet the new Washington State requirement that all boaters in Washington become certified. This 8 hour course, which includes the certification exam, will cover everything you need to know regarding boater safety.
Private DrivesClient will work one-on-one with an instructor in our vehicle. Clients can customize private drives to meet their goals.
South Carolina Coaching the Mature Driver - 8 Hour CourseThis 8 hour course is designed for ages 55 and older and may qualify you for an insurance discount (check with your agent).
South Carolina Coaching the Mature Driver - 4 Hour CourseThis is a 4 hour course designed for ages 55 and older.
South Carolina Defensive Driving - 8 Hour Course911 Driving Schools offer a couple of options for experienced drivers to improve their knowledge and understanding of local traffic laws. This course is great for drivers who have received a traffic infraction or are looking for insurance discounts, and can benefit from attending a day of traffic school. This course qualifies for a 4 point reduction on your South Carolina driving record, complies with traffic court requirements, and is certified by SCNSC.
South Carolina Defensive Driving - 4 Hour CourseDriving Schools offer a couple of options for experienced drivers to improve their knowledge and understanding of local traffic laws. Driving AssessmentClient will work one-on-one with an instructor who will gauge the client's driving abilities. In this educational experience, the instructor will give feedback on breaking bad habits, ideas on how to adapt to any physical limitations and assess safety concerns.
